The Launch plan includes unlimited members for one flat monthly rate, so you're never penalized for growing your panel. Pro and Scale plans include a member allowance and add members automatically in small tranches as you grow, keeping pricing predictable, and you can downgrade anytime your count drops.

No. Hint is one platform for the whole practice: the EMR, charting, scheduling, and patient communications are included alongside membership management, automated billing, and payments. There's nothing to bolt on or integrate.
Practices that already have an EMR they love can choose billing-only pricing instead.
Standard payment-processing fees apply when Hint processes a card or ACH transaction electronically, with rates that decrease on higher tiers. Optional add-ons like Hint AI, additional clinicians, and expert-led onboarding are priced transparently per month. There are no hidden platform fees, and every plan includes unlimited users.
