Frequently Asked Questions

After I get started, can I change to a different HintOS plan later?

Yes, you can contact support@hint.com to change your HintOS plan at any point.

When will I receive my first bill from Hint?

For new practices, we offer a free pre-enroll period to allow you to configure your account and get members signed up prior to your launch. We will not start billing until your launch date.

For existing practices, billing will start once the account has been configured and any data migration has been completed.

How does the monthly minimum and per member fee work?

You'll always pay at least the monthly minimum for your HintOS plan. Once the number of members you have exceeds the number included with your plan, you'll pay a small per member per month fee for each additional member.

For example, if you start with HintOS Employer, you'll pay a $300 monthly minimum until you surpass 400 members ($300 / 75¢ = 400). For each member beyond 400 members, you'll pay 75¢ per month.

A practice on HintOS Employer that has 720 members will pay $540/mo. $300 for the first 400 members, which are included in the monthly minimum, plus $240 (320 additional members at 75¢ ea).
